SKC Kolon Escapes ITC Polyimide Film Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 4:17 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Friday affirmed its previous determination that SKC Kolon PI Inc. did not violate the Tariff Act by importing polyimide film used in various electronics, while finding the company did in fact infringe a single patent held by Kaneka Corp.
