Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 6:53 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld the blocking of a state malpractice suit against attorneys from three law firms brought by Computer Associates International Inc. investors over a $130 million settlement of an accounting fraud class action, finding a district court correctly ruled that the settlement order precluded the malpractice case.
