Vector Blasts Tech Co. In 2nd Circ. Over $307M Citi Sale

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 7:18 PM EDT) -- Vector Capital Corp. contended Tuesday that Ness Technologies Inc. has wrongly limited the scope of breach of contract allegations in its arguments urging the Second Circuit to uphold the dismissal of Vector's suit over Ness' $307 million sale to a Citigroup Inc. unit.
