Railroad Cos. Sued For $25M For River Clean-up

Law360, New York (October 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of companies working with the U.S. and Ohio Environmental Protection Agencies to clean up a polluted river in Ohio sued several railroad companies on Thursday, saying that the defendants had contributed to polluting the river and were liable for about $25 million of the clean-up costs.
