Bellwether Trial To Weigh Porn Co.'s P2P Copyright Suits

Law360, New York (October 10, 2012, 8:34 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge last week ordered a bellwether trial to examine the evidence of Malibu Media LLC, a company that produces pornographic films and is known in the digital world as a copyright troll, in its suits against users of the popular peer-to-peer data sharing system BitTorrent.
