NY Dorm Authority Sued Over $40.5M Project Delays

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 6:48 PM EDT) -- Building facade engineering and construction contractor Enclos Corp. on Tuesday sued the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, claiming delays in a $40.5 million college building exterior construction project cost it several million dollars.

According to Enclos’ suit, DASNY had entered into a $40.5 million contract with the company to build the exterior of the City University of New York’s recently opened John Jay College of Criminal Justice building, part of a larger $600 million construction project.
