San Fran Entities Sued Over $210M Park-Area Subway Station

Law360, New York (October 11, 2012, 2:23 PM EDT) -- An activist group lodged a lawsuit in California state court Wednesday to block the construction of one of San Francisco's proposed stations in a $1.57 billion subway plan, saying it's a wrongful use of city park property and requires voter approval to proceed.
