Calif. Workers' Comp Reforms Won't Stop Health Network Rows

Law360, San Diego (October 12, 2012, 9:19 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court agreed Wednesday to review a workers' compensation dispute over whether medical reports by doctors outside of an employer's medical provider network are admissible, and while the workers’ comp reforms passed earlier this year may eclipse the impact of this case, attorneys said litigation over out-of-network doctors is not going to disappear.
