MetroPCS Shareholder Sues To Block T-Mobile Merger

Law360, Wilmington (October 11, 2012, 11:12 PM EDT) -- A MetroPCS Communications Inc. investor launched a putative class action Thursday aimed at breaking up the telecom's planned union with T-Mobile USA Inc., claiming the deal provides a better return for T-Mobile's German parent than MetroPCS shareholders.
