Law360, New York (October 15, 2012, 1:22 PM EDT) -- A developer that purchased Wayne Newton’s Las Vegas mansion for $20 million to turn it into a museum filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Friday, after the project was undermined by financial troubles and a nasty legal dispute with the singer.
