Oxford Appeal Could Doom Class Arbitration, Attys Say

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Employers are rooting for the U.S. Supreme Court to hear an appeal from insurer Oxford Health Plans LLC, in a case that could end up slamming the door on workers' prospects for pursuing class arbitration claims, lawyers say.
