Prime Healthcare Loses 2nd Bid To Nix Workers’ OT Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 15, 2012, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A California judge on Monday refused for the second time to throw out a class action accusing Prime Healthcare Centinela LLC of failing to pay overtime to 1,400 employees at an Inglewood, Calif., hospital, saying questions remain about whether a collective bargaining agreement bars the claims.
