Judge Turns Down GOP Brief On ACA Contraception Rule

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 1:36 PM EDT) -- An Oklahoma federal judge on Monday declined to consider a proposed brief from a group of 14 Republican lawmakers in a suit brought by Hobby Lobby Stores Inc. challenging the Affordable Care Act’s contraception mandate, ruling it would not shine any new light on the case.
