Brokerage Asks Court To Nix Counterclaims In Data-Theft Suit

Law360, New York (October 16, 2012, 8:42 PM EDT) -- A Rockwell Global Capital LLC attorney urged a New York state appeals court Tuesday to toss counterclaims in the brokerage's $15 million suit against a former employee, a Florida securities lawyer and others, arguing that allowing them to survive would open a flood of litigation.
