Sprint Pays $5M To End 2 More Fiber-Optic Installation Rows

LP on Tuesday agreed to pay nearly $5 million to settle class claims in Kansas and New Jersey that it installed fiber-optic telecommunications systems on private property without permission, marking the latest activity in nationwide litigation over its installation practices.
