Fla. Court Restores $2M Verdict In Philip Morris Cancer Suit

Law360, New York (October 17, 2012, 9:57 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court decided Wednesday that it had wrongly reversed a nearly $2 million jury verdict in a suit against Philip Morris USA Inc. for a widower whose wife died of lung cancer, affirming the trial court's decision on rehearing.
