Judge Tosses Enviro Suit Over San Diego Naval Complex

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 9:28 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge on Wednesday tossed an advocacy group's lawsuit accusing the U.S. Department of Defense and others of failing to adequately investigate the potential environmental impact of a privately developed U.S. Navy complex in San Diego, ruling that the Navy properly vetted its consequences.
