Lerach Pleads Guilty In Kickback Scandal

Law360, New York (October 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- William Lerach, a class action lawyer best known for recovering billions of dollars for Enron investors, pleaded guilty on Monday to criminal conspiracy and will likely end up behind bars for taking part in a kickback scheme at Milberg Weiss Bershad & Schulman, his former firm.
