Cochran Firm Dodges Appeal In Ex-Clients' Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 10:26 PM EDT) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to review an appeal by former clients of The Cochran Firm who claim the civil litigation and criminal defense law firm tricked them into accepting a settlement in a discrimination suit against their former employer.
