FERC Denies Enviros' Bias Claims Over $1.2B NJ-NY Pipeline

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Thursday rejected arguments by Jersey City, N.J., and environmental groups that the commission is not a neutral party in approving Spectra Energy Corp.'s planned $1.2 billion New Jersey-to-Manhattan pipeline and that its approval violates the Fifth Amendment.
