Bank Fraudster Wants Insurer To Pay Past Defense Bills

Law360, New York (October 18, 2012, 5:53 PM EDT) -- An attorney for GDC Acquisitions LLC's former CEO, who was convicted in a $21 million bank fraud, urged a New York state appeals court Thursday to force Scottsdale Insurance Co. to pay his past defense costs in addition to current bills.
