Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 2:39 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Thursday rejected an environmental challenge to Roseburg Forest Products Co.'s plans to build a 15-megawatt electricity regeneration project at a timber facility, finding that minor problems in Siskiyou County's environmental impact report did not prejudice the review process.
