Ex-Dechert Atty's Retaliation Claim Survives

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 4:03 PM EDT) -- A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday allowed a former Dechert LLP associate allegedly fired by the firm because he took time off to care for his wife to pursue his retaliation claim under the Family and Medical Leave Act, but nixed a state law sex discrimination claim.
