Sanctioned Counsel Pursued Chevron Properly, 6th Circ. Told

Law360, New York (October 19, 2012, 6:36 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in a toxic tort suit against Chevron USA Inc. asked the Sixth Circuit on Thursday to overturn $250,000 in sanctions against their attorneys for allegedly frivolous medical monitoring claims, arguing that the claims were valid and the lawyers were ethically obligated to pursue them.
