Convicted Ex-Tyco CFO Loses Bulk Of $60M Benefits Claims

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 5:48 PM EDT) -- The convicted former chief financial officer of Tyco International Ltd. on Monday partially lost his bid to recover nearly $60 million in benefits from the company after a New York federal judge said some of the claims were better suited for ongoing litigation regarding Tyco's responsibility for the payouts.
