EU To Probe Alleged Skirting Of Chinese Foil Tariffs

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 3:34 PM EDT) -- The European Commission will investigate if importers of Chinese aluminum foil are evading anti-dumping duty requirements by simply importing rolls of the material not covered by existing tariffs, according to a regulation published Tuesday in the European Union’s official journal.
