Idaho Utility Asks FERC To Rethink Wind Power Ruling

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 5:19 PM EDT) -- Idaho's largest utility Monday urged the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to revisit a recent decision requiring it to buy power from wind farms even when demand slips, accusing the agency of acting prematurely and jumping to conclusions about the nature of its contracts.
