Samsung Faces DOJ Antitrust Probe Over Standard-Essential IP

Law360, New York (October 23, 2012, 10:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has launched an antitrust investigation into whether Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. misused standard-essential patents, Samsung's rival Apple Inc. told the U.S. International Trade Commission on Monday.
