China Funds $7B Rail Link To Import Raw Minerals From Laos

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 8:43 PM EDT) -- The Chinese government has agreed to fund a $7 billion railway link to Laos that will ship raw mineral resources to the Chinese border as China attempts to supply its enormous infrastructure and manufacturing industries, the Wall Street Journal reported Wednesday.
