Cordoaria Ordered To Cough Up Docs In $50M Drilling Rig Suit

Law360, Chicago (October 24, 2012, 7:13 PM EDT) -- A Louisiana federal judge ordered Brazilian rope manufacturer Cardoaria Sao Leopoldo SA to turn over documents and deposition materials Wednesday that Anadarko Petroleum Corp. and its partners have demanded as part of their effort to establish jurisdiction in their $50 million suit over a drilling rig.
