DuPont Faces Wrongful Death, Injury Claims Over C8 Exposure

Law360, New York (October 24, 2012, 6:42 PM EDT) -- West Virginia residents exposed to a DuPont Co. chemical used in Teflon lodged two personal injury suits and a wrongful death action against the company in state court on Friday following the release of court-ordered science panel studies linking the chemical to testicular and kidney cancer.
