ITC To Probe Avago's Optoelectronic Device Patent Claims

Law360, New York (October 25, 2012, 4:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission on Thursday said it will investigate allegations that a handful of companies imported optoelectronic devices that infringed patents held by fiber optic company Avago Technologies Fiber IP (Singapore) Pte. Ltd.
