Village Voice Sues Yelp Over 'Best Of' Listings

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 1:12 PM ET) -- Village Voice Media Holdings LLC on Thursday sued Yelp Inc. in Arizona federal court, alleging the review website infringed service marks the newspaper publisher holds on its "best of" lists in certain cities.
