HGI Shells Out $107M For DC Office Tower From Greenebaum

Law360, New York (October 26, 2012, 3:14 PM EDT) -- Virginia real estate investment company Harbor Group International LLC has acquired an 11-story office building in Washington from Baltimore-based Greenebaum & Rose Associates for $107 million, HGI announced Wednesday.

HGI acquired the 820 First St. building along with two investment partners, real estate private equity firm Capstone Equities and Image Capital, the company said. The anchor tenant of the office property is the Washington headquarters of Cable News Network, better known as CNN.
