DOL Ruling Should Block Hospital Affirmative Action Regs

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Department of Labor appellate board recently blocked the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs from using its authority over federal contractors to audit the employment practices of hospitals participating in military health programs, relieving them of the threat of costly compliance with OFCCP affirmative action regulations.
