Canada Pulls Novartis Flu Vaccines Over Safety Concerns

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 1:34 PM EDT) -- Novartis AG on Friday agreed to suspend distribution of two seasonal flu vaccines in Canada at the behest of Canadian health officials, following a similar suspension in Europe after small, clumping particles were discovered in vaccines manufactured at a Novartis plant in Italy.
