Aereo Streaming Doesn't Flout TV Copyrights, 2nd Circ. Told

Law360, New York (October 29, 2012, 4:28 PM ET) -- Consumer groups and technology advocates on Friday urged the Second Circuit to affirm a ruling that streaming service Aereo Inc. does not violate the copyrights of the major TV networks, arguing that Aereo serves the public interest by giving consumers new ways to lawfully access entertainment content.
