Indian Tribe Says Cape Wind Project Flouts Conservation Law

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 5:21 PM EDT) -- A Native American tribe in Massachusetts asked a federal court Monday to overturn the U.S. Department of the Interior’s approval of the 130-turbine Cape Wind offshore energy project, claiming the agency violated conservation and environmental law.
