Block On Mont. Silver Mine Upheld Over Threat To Trout

Law360, New York (October 30, 2012, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A silver mining company on Monday lost its bid in the Montana Supreme Court to overturn a ruling finding that plans to establish a mine near the state's Rock Creek violated water-quality laws and could harm the already-threatened bull trout in the creek.
