ITC Tells Judge To Revisit Decision In Data Patent Case

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 7:21 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has ordered one of its judges to take a second look at his ruling that declared two of Overland Storage Inc.'s data patents valid but that also said tape library manufacturer BDT AG had not infringed them.
