W.Va. Democrats Blast EPA Over Mining Permit Delay

Law360, New York (October 31, 2012, 8:04 PM EDT) -- Four West Virginia Democrats on Wednesday slammed the U.S Environmental Protection Agency for delaying a necessary discharge permit for several Consol Energy Inc. coal mines, saying the delay had cost nearly 150 workers their jobs and also threatened an associated road building project.
