Antitrust Attys Wary Of EU's New Oral Arguments Standard

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 9:53 PM EDT) -- The European Union's highest court will now force parties to prove why they deserve oral arguments for appeals, a change attorneys hope will not keep increasingly complex antitrust cases from getting their day in court.
