Ex-Ohio Union Leader Cops To Bribe-Taking

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 4:36 PM EDT) -- An Ohio labor boss pled guilty Wednesday to taking bribes to use influence with a union pension fund and Cleveland-area port authority to benefit his associates, accepting a plea bargain with prosecutors.

Robert Peto, a resident of Cleveland suburb Gates Mills, pled guilty to six counts of conspiracy, bribe-taking and witness tampering before U.S. District Judge Sara Lioi.
