Rushed Regs Put Money Market Industry At Risk, Dechert Says

Law360, New York (November 1, 2012, 3:38 PM EDT) -- U.S. financial regulators must answer several thorny questions before moving further forward with hotly contested reforms to money market funds that failed to get U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission backing, a top industry attorney from Dechert LLP said in a letter Thursday.
