Privacy Group Sues FAA, DHS For Drone Use Records

Law360, New York (November 01, 2012, 6:21 PM ET) -- The Electronic Frontier Foundation on Tuesday stepped up efforts to uncover information about the expansion of domestic drone use to the private sector and law enforcement’s current use of the technology by filing a pair of suits against the government in California federal court.
