ITC To Review Michelin Wiper Blade Patent Ruling

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission said Thursday that it will review an administrative law judge's finding that importers of Michelin-brand windshield wiper blades did not infringe patents held by a Robert Bosch GmbH unit and that some of the patents are invalid as indefinite.
