Hostess, Unions Win Judge’s Blessing For 'Integral' Deals

Law360, New York (November 2, 2012, 7:14 PM EDT) -- A New York bankruptcy judge allowed Hostess Brands Inc. and certain unions to enter into settlement agreements over labor issues Thursday, saying the deals are integral components of the debtor's Chapter 11 plan and resolve critical issues remaining in the case.
