Everlight Fails To Prove Inequitable Conduct, Judge Says

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 4:02 PM EST) -- A Michigan federal judge decided Friday that LED products manufacturer Everlight Electronics Co. Ltd. failed to meet the Federal Circuit's heightened standard for alleging inequitable conduct in a patent lawsuit involving rival Nichia Corp., dismissing claims seeking a ruling that two Nichia patents are unenforceable.
