Texas Lawmaker Asks For AG's Take On Same-Sex Benefits

Law360, Houston (November 5, 2012, 3:42 PM EST) -- A Texas lawmaker on Friday questioned whether or not public employers were violating the law by offering insurance coverage and other benefits to same-sex couples and asked the state’s attorney general to weigh in on the issue.
