Ariz. Nonprofit Reveals Donors Behind $11M Contribution

Law360, New York (November 5, 2012, 8:12 PM EST) -- An Arizona-based nonprofit on Sunday disclosed the donor groups behind its $11 million contribution to a political action committee as part of a settlement agreement with a California watchdog group after the state's high court ruled that the watchdog could proceed to audit it.

The nonprofit Americans for Responsible Leadership revealed that the Oct. 15 donation, made to the Small Business Action Committee PAC, had come from pro-business group Americans for Job Security through another group called the Center to Protect Patient Rights, according to a...
